1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Evolve Gamers League (EGL) Platform, which includes all associated features and services such as websites, mobile applications, tournament systems, matchmaking services, leaderboards, forums, content, live streams, software, APIs, products, and any other functionality offered from time to time (collectively, the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned, operated, and managed by Gladiaators Esports and Entertainment Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), which includes, where applicable, its affiliates, group companies, subsidiaries, tournament partners, sponsors, vendors, and service providers. We are based in India and have our registered office at 8-2-269/1 and 2A,B,C,D, Road Number 2, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500033.

Through the Platform, we provide users with access to a range of esports and gaming-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting and organizing online and offline esports tournaments and leagues
  • Competitive ladders, scrims, and custom matches
  • Team creation and team management tools
  • Player profiles, rankings, statistics, and leaderboards
  • Community engagement, social interaction, and communication features
  • Streaming, media, and esports-related content
  • Promotional events, rewards, and prize distributions, where applicable

All such offerings are collectively referred to as the“Services”.

The Platform supports competitive esports events across various game titles, which may be updated or modified from time to time and may vary by region (collectively, the “Games”), including but not limited to:

  • Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI)
  • Valorant
  • Free Fire Max
  • Counter-Strike 2 (CS2)

Gladiaators Esports and Entertainment Private Limited does not own, control, or operate any of the Games and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the respective game publishers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any individual who accesses, registers on, uses, or otherwise engages with the Platform or the Services—including participation in esports tournaments, leagues, community activities, viewing or sharing content, or interacting with other users—is referred to as a “User”,“you”, or “your”.

All references to “we”, “us”, or“our” refer to, Gladiaators Esports and Entertainment Private Limited, the entity operating the Evolve Gamers League (EGL) Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Evolve website, mobile application, Discord server, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including players, team captains, community members, moderators, and administrators.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

  • Users must be 15 years of age or older to create an account.
  • Users below 15 years of age may:
    • Join community spaces (e.g., Discord)
    • View public content
  • Cannot participate in tournaments, rankings, leaderboards, or competitive activities.
  • Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Users must comply with all applicable game publisher rules (e.g., Krafton).

Evolve reserves the right to restrict or revoke access if eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Account Registration & Identity Verification

  • Each individual is permitted only one account on the Platform.
  • Users may be required to verify identity via OTP or Aadhaar-based verification.
  • Aadhaar verification is used solely for uniqueness, anti-fraud, and anti-ban enforcement.
  • Aadhaar data is not used for payments or financial transactions.
  • Account sharing, impersonation, or use of false information is strictly prohibited.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination.

5. Team Formation & Roster Rules

  • A user may belong to only one team per competitive cycle.
  • Team rosters are locked for the duration of a tournament or monthly cycle, unless explicitly permitted by Evolve.
  • Team captains are responsible for:
    • Correct player information
    • Roster compliance
    • Communication with admins

Evolve reserves the right to modify, disqualify, or remove teams for violations or operational reasons.

6. Tournaments & Competitive Play

  • Tournament formats, scoring systems, schedules, and qualification rules are defined by Evolve.
  • Match results may be:
    • Entered manually
    • Verified by admins
    • Reviewed using screenshots, replays, or logs
  • All competitive decisions made by Evolve are final and binding.

Evolve is not responsible for disruptions caused by:

  • Internet issues
  • Device or hardware failures
  • Game server outages
  • Publisher-side bans or restrictions

7. Fair Play & Code of Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Cheating, hacking, scripting, or exploiting bugs
  • Smurfing or alternate accounts
  • Match-fixing or collusion
  • Toxic, abusive, or threatening behavior
  • Sharing confidential or private information

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification
  • Removal from leaderboards
  • Account suspension or permanent bans
  • Loss of recognition or visibility

8. User Content & Platform Rights

  • Users may upload or share content including profiles, images, clips, and match data.
  • By submitting content, you grant Evolve a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and promote such content for platform, marketing, and community purposes.
  • Users retain ownership of their original content.

9. Rewards, Recognition & Visibility

  • Leaderboards, tiers, titles (e.g., Athletes of the Month), and exposure opportunities are non-monetary, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Evolve does not guarantee sponsorships, contracts, prizes, or professional advancement.
  • Recognition is performance- and rule-based, subject to admin review.

10. Payments & Financial Transactions (Explicit Exclusion)

  • The Platform currently does not support payments, entry fees, prize money, or financial transactions.
  • Any future introduction of paid features will be governed by separate terms and explicit user consent.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services such as:

  • Discord
  • Game publishers
  • Social media platforms

Evolve is not responsible for third-party policies, bans, outages, or data handling.

12. Suspension & Termination

Evolve reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform without notice if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraud, misuse, or abuse is detected
  • Required by law or regulation

Termination decisions are final.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolve shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Platform usage or downtime
  • Tournament participation
  • Loss of rankings, data, or visibility

Use of the Platform is at the user's own risk.

14. Modifications to Terms

Evolve may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
